unhook it from the engine and see if it's easy to pull. no, replace the cable, it's rusting inside. don't want it to stick on acceration. easy, yes, then check the bobbin the cable goes to. maybe it needs to be oiled on it's pivot, or maybe, the spring got wound 1 lap tighter as a gas mileage measure. if it's too hard to push, maybe i'll get better mileage-like that. good luck, chuck.gg
