Reverse lights not working 200 1989

My reverse lights have recently stopped working. The fuse is intact. The bulbs check out. I've removed and examined the neutral safety switch and saw nothing suspicious (loose/broken wires, etc.). Any suggestions on what else to check? Thanks.
