How to adjust header pipe bracket? 200 1990

It seems to be pretty much neglected in all the discussions about changing the header pipe.

That's probably because most people do away with this bracket sooner or later. But yes, the two bolts are the way to adjust it. I can't remember if there's any vertical adjustment or not, however.
