Starter Issues- Solenoid will not click, replaced starter, still no luck...

something's not hooked up right. trace the trigger wire back through the harness and make sure all the connections are ok. if you crank the car without the key, the fuel pumps will not run. make sure all the battery cables are tight on both ends. good luck, chuck.
