Darn neighbors ruining it for us brickheads!

One of the things stopping me from getting a second, old Volvo is parking it in the street in front of my house (one-car garage, one-car-width driveway). Don't think the retired folks would be pleased with a rusty car parked in the street. I've put too much work into my current Volvo to throw it out of the garage.

Oh, and lack of money is the other thing stopping me, which sort of makes the above point moot.
