Unless it's been done recently(>2 yrs), flush the brake fluid; if there's no record of the trans fluid being changed, do that, too(see the FAQ).
The timing belt and tensioner should come up around here, too.
I reset >>ALL<< the electrical connectors every time I buy another car, too; just unplug 'em and replug.
Otherwise, at 100K it's a mere youth, and unless you notice a problem, just cruise.
