Have you tried gently pulling outward on the door switch of one of the non-activating doors? You can pull out (gently) and turn back and fourth just a hair. If that makes it work, often a healty shot of WD will give it a little longer life span.

For the one not working @ all, double check the fuse, it's the same as the "key left in ignition with door open" chime. Mine kept blowing on my 87 after it sat for 3 months with me out to sea. Got tired of no radio and no light so I pulled the light. MAJOR corrosion. Bought some ICL cleaner from the local pc shop (they use it to clean board contacts). WTH, it was worth $2 to try it out. Sprayed it on, used a worn out tooth brush on it & rinsed with the spray again. I went back to see if they sold any of that "wax like" coating & they warned me against it. Instead they had some sort of spray that didn't leave any noticable thickness on the board and shot it down for free. It's only been a couple months, but it's still working well.

PS: I'm not certain, but I think the fuse position was fourth from the right on the top row (listed something like body, but don't really remember).
