Question about a connector... 700

I'm trying to envision the bit you're describing... but not quite sure I get it. I have lots of pictures, though... here's what the RPM sensor on my car looks like:



That's the view with the distributor removed. Your '90 should have LH 2.4 with the RPM sensor there... no guarantees, though, I suppose. The older LH 2.2 system has a sensor in the distributor, instead of the RPM sensor on the bellhousing.

The other thing that might be in that neighborhood is metal plumbing for the EGR system, if your car has it. I can't describe what those fittings, etc. might look like... there's a diagram in the FAQ that might be helpful...
