First, you have to remove (or at least lift up) the bottom cushion.
Then, you'll see the tabs at the bottom of the seatback that you bend up to pull the loops at the bottom of the seatback off the bulkhead.
Finally, you can lift the seatback up and off its top hooks.

New the back of the back seat actually seems as though it is being bound at the top of the seat...don't know how to relase...I've tried pulling up. [200]
