replacement cat 200 1984

Oliver,

In my opinion, a high flow cat is great... if you have an upgraded cam, air filter, turbo, exhaust size, etc. How much power does a naturally aspirated b23 make? A gain in power will be recognized, but I can't imagine a huge difference -on its own with no ther mods.

This is not to say a high flow cat will/not make your car more efficient... if anyone reads that... I would like to know the answer. Now, if I could pick up some mpgs in my 1990 b230f/auto then it would be a great modification.

There are many quality exhaust companies that sell the high flow, but for a stock application I would stay replacement.

Peace, Jon
