Yes, small leaks are fixable and worth it is a "patch" job and can last for a long time and not compromise the radiator functioning at all. A good radiator shop will "pressure test" it after fixing leaks. Larger leaks or big time rust problems would call for a recore of the radiator. That's when they replace the part of the radiator that actually does the cooling. Strictly a guess here, but that might run you about $150. If you did that you'd have a new radiator in an old case.
I suppose it's worth depending on how hard it would be to get another radiator and how badly you might need it.
