How much to take off my head?? 140-160 1968

when I rebulit my engine I also wanted a bit higher cr. I have a type e head decked down to 3.325 inches between valve caver and deck of head. stock on a b20e head is 3.34 and it also aready has a cr of 10.5 to 1. the best option might be to just change the head to a type e. if not an option if you deck it down to 3.34 it should produce the desired effect. also take into account if you decide to deck the block.
