What year/model M41 will fit? 120-130

Found my M41 at salavage yard; came out of a '68 140 series. However, I have a "D' type, not the "J". Have been told this earlier type is more than adequate for my B18 Amazon, which probably puts out less than 125 HP (I'm guessing)
