Having tightened everything else up, you may have exposed some weak struts. Re-torqueing the bolts while the wheels are on the ground is important and will save the bushings.

BTW, when you re-balance the wheels, find somebody with the new Hunter machine (as noted in the FAQ) which does an exceptional job in solving dynamic imbalances in wheels and tires.
