I just went out and grabbed what I THINK is an old ne from the car. The washer measures about 18.5mm diameter with a 12mm hole. I would suggest you NOT use one from Lowe's and NOT use one from another vehicle. Go to Volvo dude, these things are like $0.20 per and its not worth not using it.
