External head gasket leak - Will StopLeak do for a while?

Had the same problem with my 745T - used Barrs (in the solid bottle). It worked for a spell - but in the end I had to redo the head.

I used the gasket kit from FCP Groton, and then ordered a Felpro head gasket separately - as per the Brickboard. Since then I have heard of someone skimpimg on the head gasket, and it did not hold.
