Just check in the fuse panel and jump the 2 fuses for the fuel pumps. Volvo should have been more consistant through the years!

You should hear them if working, one under the car behind the drivers seat and the one in the tank.

To hear the in tank pump you might need remove the gas cap and put your ear up to the filler pipe. Dan
