You do not need a glass shop for this one, if you can find a 245 with 91-on rear windows. I am pretty sure the flush glass appeared in the windows in 91 even though the hatch glass went flush in 90. Prying the old gasket over the lip of the chassis, removing the window, is a little tricky. Keeping a little outward pressure on the window, start at the rear upper corner inside the car. Do not pry on the glass. Two-person job. Once you get the seal up and through the openning, just a little, you can start ot work along the top and down the rear. It will pop out at some point (you have to press it carefully} and some one has to catch it. Then, find a 91-on donor and extract the windows with the seal. Definitely get the flush mount ones. Replacing the window is the fun part with the thin rope in the groove of the seal, get in the car while the window is held against the chassis and pull the cord slowly, to peel the seal back over the chassis.
