TTS is block drain? 140-160 1973

If I recall correctly, the Thermal Time Switch does not penetrate the block as you would expect it too. My '72 B20's do not have block drains but I think all B16's and B18's did. Removing the lower radiator hose is the way to go, but what a mess it makes.
