HELP!! 200 1985

the clicking is definately coming from the passenger side foot position. I removed the fabric and have my fuel pump relay out in the open to swap with a few others i pulled at the junkyard. Not sure if it's the ECU or fuel pump relay clicking and not sure if either one should be?
