Girlfriends come......Girlfriends go. How's that for your philosophy thesis?

Short story: When I was about 14 or 15 I would go fishing with the "old guy" next door. One day Bill told me "Soon you will get interested in girls and put away your fishing rod. Don't let it bother you though, because in a few years you will be looking for it again".

Spring has sprung. Now, where did I put my fishing rod.
