I don't know the distribution, but if you have a race track close they usually have scales that you can rent(used by race teams for set up), truck inspection places sometimes have portable scales as well. As far as weight re-distribution goes start by relocating the battery to the rear passengers side(use a good heavy wire and secure it well) since the 12? is a light well balanced car to begin with consult v-performance or ipd and discuss suspension options that suit your intended driving needs.
