High pressure mechanical pump? 140-160

After MacIsaac's thread about carb flooding with an electric pump, I started wondering about my 74 K-Jet system. It's almost entirely mechanical with a electric bimetal pressure regulator and aux air valve, and a high pressure noisy electric pump. I know it's probably eccentric, but how about some sort of mechanical fuel pump (run by a belt, f'rinstance) that would deliver sufficient pressure for the k-jet system?
