well crappy indeed! If I can do it in my driveway with a rusty Ohio car, no hydraulic press or air tools in 5 hours, they got no excuse. That is rediculous. I'd get on the horn with a volvo dealer and see what their books say for number of hours for that job. You got hosed. And if he didn't notice a cracked control arm and failed to tighten a shock, that's a bit more bad stuff on him. You got hosed. Don't give up on it! Give em hell!
