(1) Check this board for posts about changing a timing belt without removing the crank pulley.

(2) Get a Haynes manual. See page 2A-6, Figure 7.3. Note that Figure 7.5 is the B230F engine, not the B23 or B21 which is what you have.

There are a number of tips about that crank pulley removal. Main thing is to not round off any of the bolts and nuts. Easy does it.
