200 Radio Problem, plea for advice, can't take conservative talk radio much longer

I agree with Don. If it works but reception is not good it is probably the
antenna.

Another choice not mentioned by either respondent is to turn the radio off.
You can hear the engine much better that way and tell if there is a problem.
