B20 Engine (1975 244 DL)

I am thinking of replacing my old B20 engine for my 1975 244DL, as the servicing of that B20 is getting more expensive.

I hope that with the engine may gives me more power (turbo), may fit in automatic transmission, and power steering.

Any recommendations?
