Radiator puking coolant

Ok guys I need help. My 1994 940 w/turbo started puking coolant out of the upper left side of the radiator(standing in front of the car looking into the engine). It is comming out of a 3/4" hole with a rubber grommet in it. Its above where the trans cooler lines go into the radiator. I started the engine and started filling the coolant reservoir and when it approached the max level water started puking out this hole and it emptied the reservoir. Whats up with this rubber lined hole? Is it supposed to be plugged with something?
