Weird electrical problem with running lights 700

You meant you checked the fuse for the left hand running lights, right? You'll know you've gone too far with car analogies when the dentist asks you which tooth is bothering you and all you can think is...the one on the passenger side.

Anyhow, it probably took out the circuit board on the taillight, and even though the grounds appear fine, the circuitry isn't running like it did pre-boo boo.
