Crazy Brake Problem 700 1986

When I am driving, it causes the steering to shimy and shake. Kinda like the tie-rods are bent, but I just had them replaced, so i know its not them. The Vehicle pulls to the right pretty intensely when I apply the brakes. The brakes proceed to fade quickly, and then as I sit I can smell the burnt brake smell. So, do I buy a new Caliper, or just the caliper hardware?
