At least all the ones we've used do. When doing the oil change, leave the can upside-down on a mesh "shelf" over the oil drain pan. If the oil still stays in the can overnight, the anti-drainback is working.

IMHO, if it holds pretty full for at least a week, it's good enough for any daily driver.

My experience with Frams is that most will be near empty. Champion Lab filters are perhaps 1/2 emptied in the week's time.
