You will need to install a front passenger side lock motor and linkage in the driver's door, and electrically disconnect the lock switch surrounding the driver's door lock. The linkage installs mirror image (right to left).
The wires from the switch can be used to operate the locking motor, but you will need to find them at the relay base and connect them to the other wires for the door lock motors. The Central Locking Relay operates by being grounded by the switch in the driver's door. You will need to connect those two wires to your aftermarket remote entry kit.
I bought a wrecked 1990 745T for parts several years ago. It had aftermarket remote entry installed. The interior of the driver's door had been butchered to install the lock/unlock motor from the remote entry kit. Don't do that, get a locking motor and linkage from a 1988 (I think that is when the lock motors changed) or later front passenger side door and use it.
