ok my fan out in front of the radiator does not move at all when i hit the a.c. button, now i want to know from you guys what my best option is on what to do. Is it a relay and or how much is it to replace the fan and is it difficult to do.Also would the fan blade still move by hand if the motor is seized because it still moves freely by hand.
