Dear Charles,

Good a.m. and may this find you well. I think you've checked everything.

The next step is to remove the speedo, and send it to a specialist, who can fix it. The FAQs address instrument cluster removal.

Even if you buy a used speedo, it should go to a specialist, who can make sure it's accurate and set the mileage according to your malfunctioning speedo.
