I absolutely agree, and I wish I knew more, but I'm a cheap SOB about this car and have to pursue the possibility. Maybe they are making repro b20 parts in the Far East, or even outsourcing the whole job to KIA or SCION. Or maybe they'll take my engine and abscond.
I'd almost bet they came across a stash of marine parts.
