Use manufacturer's specifications and, USE A GENUINE VOLVO HEADGASKET!!!

Lots of problems with aftermarket gaskets.

Torque specs: 1st stage: 15 ft.lbs.

2nd stage: 45 ft.lbs.

3rd stage: angle torque 90 degrees
