Clock Spring 700 1992

Hi Charles,

Good news. The clock spring was not the problem. After the tech removed the steering wheel he found out that the horn wire itself was the issue. Not the horn buttons but the actual wire inside the column. Honest tech. He could of just charged for the clock spring and I wouldn't of known.
