Advise needed 1800 1973

OK, I think should have provided a bit more info, now that I see the replies ...
Car has 1 owner, 1 mechanic, no accidents, 4sp+OD (M41), no A/C, runs well and has some rust on "rocker panels and fender wells" (not sure where either are), speedometer and clock are not working, has it's second set of tires (ever!), and seats and carpet need to be replaced. Any idea how much this should be equal to in hard currency (USD)?
