Chudar,you could have a separated crank pulley (or harmonic balancer)-the mark on the outer portion can shift,causing you to mistime everything.Check for TDC with a long stick in the #1 spark plug hole-turn engine until stick comes all the way up-that's TDC.See FAQ about balancer failures.Replace pulley if its bad-slipping pulleys cause belts to turn slower and vibration.
