Cleaning paint help! 120-130

Hi. Bad news for me. The cleaning car boy on the public garage I store my car try to clean my car with a contaminated wipe. Now, half of my car has whitish marks over the paint. After cleaning with shampoo and water, it remain. żDo you know some recipe por cleaning it - no chemical car cleaners available here- or I need to make a heavy polish, or worst, repaint the car?. Any idea would be appreciated.
