I was thinking of the clutch master cylinder but it would probably
be about like that. Might ream the sleeve after installation rather
than boring it to a really thin wall. I think maybe a thou over would
not be bad - you could probably press it at that fit. You would want to
drill the exit hole (in the master cylinder) before final sizing so you don't
leave a burr in the bore.
