Electrical Malfunction? 1800 1973

Shawn;

Damage will be limited only to items which were turned on while the battery was installed and which are polarity sensitive...and lights are not...only items with electronics are...like alt., reg. FI, radio...etc.

While the battery was in place, what was turned on...and be honest!

If battery is discharging, when car is parked, disconnect positive cable, from battery, and connect a sensitive AMP meter in line between cable and battery post. Drain current will be indicated. Pull fuses one at a time until this drops to zero...then you know the circuit to look in further for the drain.

Good Luck
