They're pretty much the same car. Same fuel and ignition, does the '90 car have the late style a/c in it like all of the 700's and 900's run? Depending upon what you can get out of your older car I would definitely get into the newer one if you can. I love my power windows and a/c. Of the 5 volvos I have in the current line up only one of them does not have power windows and the daughter that drives it is not happy about it. I think they are asking a little too much for it. I bought my son's 89 245 with 125K on it for $850.00. I think $2-2.5k is a more realistic price for what they have. Have you looked in the used car publications where ever it is that you live? How much are similar vehicles going for?
