Sympathy here! I had much the same problem about 2 years ago, with rusted strut flange nuts.

Solutions may include...
More time? e.g. for pBlaster to soak in
More types of penetrator? e.g. candle stub applied while the part is heated
More heat? e.g. acetylene
More wrench? e.g. the 36" pipe wrench I have in the basement

In combination these will likely work, knock on wood. :-)
