difficulty of degreeing the cam 140-160 1971

I have to say that the ISKY cam cam with directions that are VERY in depth about degreeing the cam. With that in mind...I consider my self a very capable DIYer however degreeing the cam is not something I have ever done before and I feel intimidated by the directions I have. Is it really a difficult job or just one of those things that takes patience and attention to do it correctly?
