Upgrading Bendix Computers--please help with data 700

Guys, Gals, whoever else, Can someone please help me get info on this issue.

If the dealer has an upgrade they can do (which they can't seem to recall) then I'd like to get it done.

There are a couple TSBs regarding the ECM, but I have never liked alldata and don't know another way to find them out.

Does anyone have any information on this ECM upgrade?

Thanks everyone, I'm desperate to see if this makes any difference.
