I would think a new one from a dealer wouldn't be too expensive. Be sure to get the little plastic mounts and the correct length screws that attach it to the bottom of the radiator. (If the screws are too long you will pierce the radiator tube.) For a S90-V90, I think there are two sensors, one on the driver side for the meter in the dash and one on the other for the ECU.
There are metal clips that attach the tray/duct front to the back side of the air dam. (Three or four, I can't remember.)
