Is this too much to spend for Power Windows...

So, the place that has power windows told me that I could have the set up for $200 know instead of the $400 he originally quoted me. I reminded him the stuff had been sitting there a long time. I would get arm rests, door panels, wires, moters and regulators. Is this a good deal? or should I keep looking? the car is either a 91, 92 or 93 are these good years for the power windows?
