Help Idendifying Rolling Issue Number

Three or four years ago, Rolling had an excellent article that included step-by-step procedure for replacing the Valve Stem Tip Rubber Cushions or hushers. Does anyone either have that issue and be willing to make/scan a copy or have the issue and be willing to give me the issue number so I can order a back-issue from the VCOA?

BTW, I know this is covered in the FAQ, but I am still interested in the article.
