I'd consider $3000 for a complete, rust-free 1800E with excellent chrome and upholstery, even needing a lot of mechanical work.

This one isn't rust-free -- if you're seeing bubbles, that's the tip of the iceberg -- and without the injection system, it's not complete.

I say keep looking...
